Conference Package

Two conference packages will be available. Get reduced rate registration until 14th June 2009.

3 Day All-Inclusive Registration

Includes registration fees and full board hotel style en-suite accommodation. All rooms are double rooms, and the package includes breakfast, lunch during the conference, tea and coffee, and evening meals (excluding conference dinner). Accommodation is from Monday night through to Wed night inclusive (check out is on Thursday morning).

3 Day Registration Only

Includes regsitration fees, lunch during the conference, tea and coffee.

For non-registering accompanying persons wishing to share with a registered delegate during the conference there will be an additional charge of £108.64 (3 days) payable at registration. This will include an accommodation supplement, breakfast and evening meal. For any other queries relating to accommodation please contact the organisers.
Pre and Post Conference Accomodation: Extra bed and breakfast accommodation (from £62 per room per night with optional additional person supplement of £21) is available for those wishing to arrive early, or leave late. Please request this on registration form.
